A lithium-ion battery is a secondary battery (rechargeable battery) that mainly relies on lithium ions moving between a positive electrode and a negative electrode to operate. During charging and discharging, Li+ intercalates and deintercalates between the two electrodes: when charging, Li+ is deintercalated from the positive electrode, and the electrolyte is embedded in the negative electrode, and the negative electrode is in a lithium-rich state; Power tools mainly use 3.6V 18650 lithium-ion power battery. With the development of science and technology, the capacity of the battery has been greatly improved, from 1000mAh to 1300mAh, 1500mAh, 2000mAh, 2500mAh, 3000mAh... simultaneously charging current, The discharge current has also been greatly improved.
We are now using a 2000mAh lithium battery cell. The main parameters are Limit Charger Voltage is 4.2V, Standard Charging Current 0.5C (1000mAh), Rapid Charging Current 1C (2000mAh), Continuous Max. Charging Current 2C (4000mAh), battery pack 5S1P 20vMax 2000mAh (1C) and 5S2P 20vMax 4000mAh (2C) is our current main direction, we use the continuous power management system to charge the battery pack with Continuous Max Technology. Charging Current 2C monitors and protect charging current in real-time. A 2000mAh battery pack can be charged in 30 minutes, 4000mAh in 60 minutes.
